Why I love Caraway cookware and bakeware.

I try to keep my cookware looking new while still using it — some wear is normal, but these habits help prolong their appearance and performance:
- Avoid high heat when possible. Low to medium heat is best for maintaining the ceramic finish. Functionality hasn’t suffered for me, but high heat can cause discoloration over time.
- Prefer liquid oils and butter over spray oils, which can leave residues that are harder to clean.
- To preserve the exterior color, avoid stacking cookware unless you use protective duster bags. Single pieces include duster bags, and the full sets come with organizers.
- Do not put these pots or pans in the dishwasher.
- Use wooden or silicone utensils rather than metal to avoid scratching the surface.
- Avoid dragging cookware across the stovetop.
