Whenever cookies and cream are on the menu, I’m always in. That’s why I created this simple cookies and cream bark to add to my collection of easy bark recipes.
This recipe uses just two main ingredients, making it quick, budget-friendly, and perfect for using up leftover Oreos after holidays like Halloween. Here’s how to make it at home.

Ingredients:
- Almond bark or chocolate chips (white chocolate works especially well for a cookies-and-cream flavor)
- Oreo cookies or a similar chocolate sandwich cookie
Instructions:
- Place the almond bark or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Coarsely chop or roughly crush most of the Oreos, leaving a portion of whole or halved cookies for topping.
- Stir about three-quarters of the crushed Oreos into the melted chocolate so they’re evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet or a large plate with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate-and-cookie mixture onto the lined surface and spread it into an even layer with the back of a spoon or an offset spatula.
- Press the remaining Oreo pieces and whole or halved cookies into the top so they stick as the chocolate sets.
- Allow the bark to cool completely at room temperature, or speed up the process by refrigerating until fully hardened.
- Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
