Easy Nutella fudge! If you love Nutella, you’ll enjoy this simple Nutella fudge recipe topped with toasted marshmallows. These rich squares have the warm, cozy flavor of Nutella hot chocolate transformed into a fudgy treat—perfect for chilly afternoons or holiday gatherings.
These bites are straightforward to make and require only a few pantry ingredients. No graham crackers this time—just smooth Nutella, chocolate, marshmallow, and a touch of brown sugar to create a decadent, creamy fudge. The toasted marshmallows on top add a light, caramelized contrast that makes each bite irresistible.

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 cup light brown sugar
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 7 oz marshmallow fluff
– 3/4 cup Nutella spread
– 2 cups marshmallows, toasted
Instructions:
1. Line an 8×8-inch or similar cake pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to help lift the fudge out later.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, light brown sugar, and salt. Heat over medium, stirring until the mixture reaches a gentle boil. Continue stirring and simmer for about 3 minutes to dissolve the sugar and slightly thicken the mixture. Remove from heat.
3. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the hot sugar mixture and stir until the chocolate fully melts and the mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
4. Stir in the marshmallow fluff and Nutella until everything is evenly combined and the texture is silky. Work quickly while the mixture is still warm so it sets evenly.
5. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer. Scatter the toasted marshmallows over the top and gently press them into the surface so they adhere.
6. Allow the fudge to cool completely at room temperature, or chill briefly in the refrigerator until firm. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the slab from the pan and slice into squares.
This Nutella fudge keeps well in an airtight container for several days and makes a delightful homemade gift for neighbors, friends, or holiday hosts. You can vary the topping—try a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, chopped toasted hazelnuts, or a drizzle of extra Nutella—to personalize the flavor.
