Have you heard of Jaemor Farms? If not, you have now — and the next time you’re in Georgia, add it to your itinerary.

I’ve been sharing a lot about peaches lately — a peach galette recipe and some peach cocktails — but I promise this is the last peach-focused post for a while. Today I want to share the highlights from my visits to Jaemor Farms beyond just the peaches.
Jaemor Farms offers so much more than a single crop: apple orchards, blackberry patches, a bustling farm market, seasonal events, and plenty of picturesque fields to wander through. I visited several times and still found new corners of the farm to enjoy each trip.

Visiting Jaemor Farms
I’ve been to Jaemor Farms three times, and each visit has been well worth the drive. On one trip, our guide Caroline drove us around in a golf cart so we could see many parts of the farm. The rolling hills, rows of trees, and general farm charm make it an ideal place to spend a morning or afternoon.

What is there to do at Jaemor Farms?
Jaemor offers a variety of seasonal and year-round activities: U-Pick Peach Days, U-Pick Flower Days, U-Pick Strawberry Days, and special events like Night Out on the Farm. In the fall, there’s a pumpkin patch and a corn maze that are popular with families.

Peach Orchards and Blackberry Patch
We stopped by the blackberry patch on our way to the peaches and returned later to explore it more closely. The peach orchards are especially beautiful — walking through rows of trees laden with fruit felt almost magical. If you have the chance, go on a U-Pick Peach Day for a hands-on experience.
We also sampled a few blackberries as the pickers were finishing up for the day — ripe berries straight from the vine are hard to resist.

Jaemor Farms Market
The farm market is stocked with fresh produce, homemade breads, and old-fashioned candies. It’s a great place to pick up snacks or cook-at-home ingredients before you leave. My favorites included kettle corn and jalapeño cheese bread — perfect road-trip fuel.

Apple Orchard
On our final stop before the market we walked through the apple orchard. The trees were filled with many apple varieties, and it was delightful to see fruit clustered on the branches. The orchard is a lovely place to take photos and slow down for a bit.
If you need a low-cost way to de-stress, a stroll around a nearby farm and some fresh air can do wonders. It’s surprisingly restorative.
